Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling at Achievers' Library. By joining, you agree to abide by all rules and policies listed below.

1 Membership & Admission

Achievers' Library welcomes all students preparing for competitive examinations including but not limited to UPSC, IAS, IPS, JEE, NEET, CA, CS, Bank PO, SSC, Railways, Delhi Police, and all state and central government examinations.

  • Membership is open to students of all genders, aged 16 years and above.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or College ID) must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • One recent passport-size photograph must be provided for the membership register.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of seat or membership with another individual is strictly prohibited.
  • The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application for membership without assigning reasons.
  • Students are encouraged to visit the branch before enrolling. Free campus visits can be arranged by calling 9599732525.
Note: Submitting false or incorrect information at the time of admission will result in immediate cancellation of membership without any refund.

2 Fees & Payment Policy

All membership fees are payable in advance. The following fee structure applies:

  • Paschim Vihar: ₹1,790/month  |  ₹4,800 (3 months)  |  ₹8,400 (6 months)  |  ₹14,400 (1 year)
  • Dwarka & Rohini: ₹1,600/month  |  ₹4,200 (3 months)  |  ₹7,200 (6 months)  |  ₹12,000 (1 year)
  • Fees are subject to revision. Students will be informed at least 30 days in advance of any fee change.
  • Payment can be made via cash at the branch, or online via UPI to 8130992267@pthdfc (Achievers' Library HUF, HDFC Bank).
  • After making an online payment, students must share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 9599732525 for confirmation.
Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. In exceptional medical cases, the management may consider a seat transfer or credit at its sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Renewal of membership must be done before the expiry date. The management is not responsible for loss of seat if renewal is delayed.
  • Receipts will be issued for all payments made at the branch counter.

3 Timings & Access

  • All branches are open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, including all public holidays and Sundays.
  • Students must carry their membership card or display their registered mobile number for entry verification.
  • Entry after 11:00 PM is strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Students are expected to vacate their seat by 11:00 PM. The library will be locked promptly at 11:00 PM.
  • The management reserves the right to temporarily close any branch for maintenance, renovation, or unforeseen circumstances. Prior notice will be given where possible.
  • Students who leave and re-enter the library during the day must check in again at reception.

4 Code of Conduct

Achievers' Library is a place of serious academic pursuit. All members are expected to maintain the highest standards of behaviour at all times.

  • Silence: Silence must be maintained in all study halls at all times. Conversations, phone calls, and whispering are strictly prohibited in the study area.
  • Mobile phones: Phones must be kept on silent or vibrate mode. Calls must be taken outside the study hall.
  • Dress code: Modest and decent attire is required at all times. Sleeveless, revealing, or inappropriate clothing is not permitted.
  • Food & beverages: Eating and drinking (other than water) is strictly prohibited inside the study halls. Food must be consumed only in the pantry/canteen area.
  • Cleanliness: Students are responsible for keeping their seating area clean and tidy. Littering is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful behaviour: Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behaviour towards other students or staff will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
  • Smoking & alcohol: Strictly prohibited on library premises and in the surrounding area.
  • Visitors: No visitors are permitted inside the study halls. All guests must wait in the reception area.
Important: Any student found violating the code of conduct will be given one written warning. A second violation will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.

5 Use of Facilities

  • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for educational purposes only. Streaming entertainment content, gaming, or downloading non-educational material is prohibited and may result in bandwidth restrictions.
  • Printing: Printing services are available at additional cost per page. Students must not use library printers for commercial or personal business printing.
  • Pantry: The microwave, refrigerator, and OTG are shared facilities. Students must clean up after use. Storing food in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours is not permitted.
  • Washrooms: Separate washrooms are provided for male and female students. Students must keep washrooms clean and report any maintenance issues to staff.
  • Power points: Each seat has access to a power point. Charging of devices other than laptops and phones (e.g. electric kettles, heaters) is strictly prohibited.
  • Library books & newspapers: Any books, newspapers, or study material provided by the library must not be removed from the premises.

6 Personal Belongings & Lockers

  • Personal lockers are available for storing books, laptops, and study material.
  • A refundable security deposit may be charged for locker keys. The deposit will be returned upon return of the key in good condition.
  • Students are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Achievers' Library will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Valuable items (jewellery, large sums of cash) should not be left in lockers. The library management is not responsible for items left in lockers.
  • Lockers must be cleared at the end of each day unless specifically permitted by management for long-term storage.
  • CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises for security. Footage is monitored and stored for 30 days.

7 Suspension & Termination of Membership

The management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Code of Conduct (Section 4) after written warning
  • Non-payment of dues or returned cheques
  • Submission of false information at admission
  • Any behaviour deemed harmful, disruptive, or threatening to other students or staff
  • Sharing or transferring membership to another person
  • Any illegal activity conducted on library premises
No refund will be issued in case of membership termination due to misconduct or violation of these terms.

In cases of voluntary cancellation by the student, the remaining fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to another branch or deferred for up to 3 months at management's discretion.

8 Liability & Disclaimer

  • Achievers' Library provides a study environment and supporting facilities. We do not guarantee exam success, rank, or selection in any examination.
  • The library will not be liable for any interruption in services caused by power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government orders, or any other force majeure events.
  • We are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or accidents that occur on library premises, other than those directly caused by negligence of the management.
  • The library reserves the right to change timings, facilities, or services at any time with reasonable prior notice to members.
  • Students access all facilities at their own risk. The management will take all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute safety of personal property.

9 Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected at the time of admission (name, address, phone, ID proof) is used solely for membership records and communication purposes.
  • We will never sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Your contact details may be used to send updates about fee renewals, seat availability, offers, and important library notifications via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • CCTV footage is stored securely and will only be accessed in case of a security incident or upon lawful request by authorities.
  • Students may request deletion of their personal data by contacting us at study@achieverslibrary.com after their membership ends.
  • Our website (achieverslibrary.com) uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand visitor behaviour. No personally identifiable information is collected via the website without your consent.

10 Amendments to These Terms

  • Achievers' Library reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of library facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • For significant changes, members will be notified via WhatsApp or notice boards at each branch.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
