Q.  How exactly does the Ebook Download Process work?

A.  Please click for Download Instructions

 

Q.  When I tried to download the Ebook, I received an error message that  the link expired. What happened?

A.  You probably exceeded the 24 hour time period.  Your download link is active 24 hours from the time of your purchase.
 

Q.  I purchased the Ebook and did not immediately receive my secure access code allowing me to view?

A.  If there is heavy traffic on your email server, you may be experiencing a delay in receiving this email.  It can take several minutes to receive the email from access@cbprotect.com
 

Q.  I purchased the tutorial and after several views I received a message that this is a protected licensed file that must be purchased.  What does this mean? 

A.  Your tutorial purchase has a specific number of times you may view, which is outlined in your confirmation email.  Once you exceed that number of views, your license expires.  You will also receive this error message if you have tried to copy or forward the file to another computer.  Your license is only valid for viewing on the computer where you downloaded the file.
 

Q.  I don’t have Windows Media Player on my computer.  Can I still view the tutorial?

A.  No, you need Windows Media Player to view the Tutorial.

Q.  I don’t think I have the latest version of Windows Media Player.  Do I need it to view the tutorial?

A.  No, you don't need the latest version, any version higher than 7.0 is compatible
