A. If there is heavy traffic on your
email server, you may be experiencing a delay in receiving this
email. It can take several minutes to receive the email from

Q. I purchased the tutorial and after
several views I received a message that this is a protected
licensed file that must be purchased. What does this mean?
A. Your tutorial purchase has a specific
number of times you may view, which is outlined in your
confirmation email. Once you exceed that number of views, your
license expires. You will also receive this error message if
you have tried to copy or forward the file to another computer.
Your license is only valid for viewing on the computer where you
downloaded the file.
Q. I don’t have Windows Media Player on
my computer. Can I still view the tutorial?
A. No, you need Windows Media Player
to view the Tutorial.
